  • Mac or rice with hamburg and vegetables and a can of cream of something soup mix mixed in. Fresh fruit or vegetables.

  • Chicken pot pie

    Ingredients- frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup,chicken, Bisquick, milk.

    Directions- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a pie pan (or whatever you have available) cover the bottom of the pan with vegetables, pour 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of cooked chicken, and mix together. Follow the directions on the Bisquick box. Pour mixture over vegetables, chicken, soup. Bake for 30 minutes.

  • A Ramen stew is quick and easy - brown some ground beef or turkey, add water and the ramen noodles, as well as some frozen vegetables and the seasoning packet.

    For the mom who said mac 'n' cheese with hot dogs - just add some frozen veggies to the water for the last few minutes the pasta is cooking, and prepare the rest as usual! You get the added bonus of what's basically veggies in cheese sauce :)
