A stupid Question? Where's the degree symbol?

Wondering for a long time! Feeling Brave today! Where's the degree symbol on a key board? Like when I want to say we're having a heat wave today its 4 degrees!! What do you use for the degree symbol? 4?? Thank you for caring & replying!!

  • I either type out degree or use *. You heat wave sounds nice if you're being serious, lol, it's below zero here actual temp, windchill is around -40!

  • If you are using windows, using your number pad only.. press and hold ALT 0176
    In the future, you can look at the windows character map, or google "windows alt key codes" there are tons of other neat things you can type! But, again, you have to use the number pad. ALT codes will not work otherwise.
