  • What we were eating - he went on table food at 8 months and I just cut up whatever we were having as long as it wasn't very salty or sweet. Sweet potatoes, boiled new potatoes, steamed carrots, peas, green beans, pasta, blueberries, yogurt, cooked apples, diced cantaloupe, sliced cheese melted on whole wheat toast, scrambled eggs, french toast, etc.

  • Pretty much all table food, whatever we were eating just mashed up or chopped up fine. They all hated the 3rd stage baby food and had grown out of the 2nd stage. A lot of little finger foods like puffs, cheerios, etc.
