Is every pregnancy really different?

I am pregnant with my second child. When I was pregnant with my daughter I had maybe a few days of nausea and I was tired. Well so far with this one I have been nauseated just about every single day. I already get heartburn sometimes. With my daughter it didn't start till third trimester. I am also extremely exhausted everyday. So I keep thinking well maybe this is our little "boy". But I've had alot of people tell me that even if they had 2 of one sex their pregnancies were different. So I just wanted to hear from some of you ladies if there was differences in your pregnancies. Thanks!!!!

  • I've got two boys, and am pregnant with my third, every pregnancy truly is different.

  • Yes, they are all different. My second was different than my first that I thought for sure it had to be a girl that time. Nope, we got our second boy. My third was totally different from the other two. That time it was a girl but I didn't believe it until she came out.

  • All four of mine were different (three boys, one girl). All I can say is to take really good care of itself and take each day as it comes.

  • All 3 pregnancies where the same for me. No throwing up, no nausea but i did have heart burn with all 3. No weird food cravings.

  • My first two pregnancies were quite similar. This third one is different (more morning sickness, no weight gain so far). All three are girls. I had the same thought you did. Nope, it's another girl, just a different pregnancy.

  • First pregnancy: Moderate morning sickness til about week 16. Tons of cravings. No real fatigue except early in the first trimester.

Second Pregnancy: SEVERE morning sickness (38 weeks and still get it occasionally!). No cravings at all. CONSTANTLY TIRED. Tons more aches and pains.

  • My great grandmother had 7 children. She said every single pregnancy and every baby was different. I'm on my first pregnancy so I couldn't give my opinion but every woman I have talked to that has had multiple pregnancies says they're all different in some way.

  • I'm pregnant with my second...and this pregnancy is VERY different from my first. I had pretty much no nausea or heartburn with my first, no cravings, no fatigue. With this 2nd pregnancy I am suffering from nausea on a regular basis, have been very tired, and have heartburn 2-3 times a week.
