Ok I HATE cooking but I TRYING to eat healthy this year to lose some weight and tone up....

I need some EASY recipe websites. I already know Kraftfoods.com and have some good dinner options. I seem to be stuck on breakfast and lunch. By the way, I am lactose intolerant, so the really easy yogurt w/ fruit breakfast and smoothie ideas wont work :( Thanks Ya'll I have been searching the web for an hour and am just frustrated!

  • If you are trying to lose weight than google "high protein low carb" recipes. Protein helps stable your hunger while helping to build muscles.

  • Check out healthy living on the food network with Ellie Kruger. Love her show, she always has simple, healthy meals. If you go to the food network.com you can get her recipes..She's a nutritionalist, so watch the show because she always gives tips on shopping, eating out and how to pack the most nutrients into your meals.

  • I love allrecipes.com you can change the serving sizes to change the recipe, enter what ingredients you want a dish to have and what you don't want in it and then search for everything that fits.
