I stopped my birth control, for health reasons and now my skin is super oily

What the heck can I do? Everything Iuse and everything I do only works for a short time.

  • Smashbox makes an awsome primer, it's oil control. You can wear it under make up or alone. Either way it controls oil all day. Also with oily skin it's essential to get an oil free product, not only cleanser but toner and moisturizer. Oily skin needs moisture just as much as dry skin.   • Your hormones will reset to normal and it will go away. It can take months for BC hormones to get out and your regular cycles to come back. I'd eat a lot of raw fruits and veggies. Cucumber and coconut will draw oils out of the body.

    We use colloidal silver soap. It will help keep blemishes at bay.

  • Lotsa water and Zap It Facial Wash will help to control the oil.
