He is singing the praises of the Hawaii hospital where he was treated saying he received no special treatment and got excellent care. Therefore he says the American system is just fine
Except Hawaii is different than the other states in that they have whats closer to UHC and they have mandated inclusive employee coverage. Because everyone is covered and ER costs are down so are their medicare payments and regular premiums.
