How do you feel about this?

Moms are being restricted on product reviews and giving "advice" on what products and services to use.

Is this fair? Is this a violation of our 1st amendment?

Just to let you know, they are also checking up on cafemom users. So if you ever give advice on a product or service, you may be fined.

  • No, actually it's the FTC's act that is causing normal everyday moms to be fined for either endorsing products or slamming products. Everyone knows full well that's why they enacted this in the first place. Link

BTW, rkoloms you should pick up the paper and read the news sometime. :)
