  • Arrest bad guys and put them in jail. Take their drug proceeds and give it to the government. Take their assets from drug proceeds and turn them over to the government. Anymore questions?

  • Turn a social problem into a legal one and create a second prohibition.

  • Put a whole bunch of ppl w/ non violent offenses in jail to clog the justice system while rapists & child molesters are free to wander the streets & hurt again. Put a whole bunch of money into the pockets of those @ the top of "the war on drugs".

Answer by Anonymous at 10:19 AM on Jan. 5, 2010

  • Everything that was said about putting non violent criminals in jail and clogging everything up.

Answer by NightPhoenix at 11:31 AM on Jan. 5, 2010

  • Make it illegal to consume any drug that alters one's mind and causes people to behave in a dangerous and paranoid manner. Lets not pretend drug addicts are non violent criminals. Drugs, that includes weed btw, have a profound effect on the brain. And comparing this to prohibition, please. The fact is the world would be a hell of alot better off without dope, booze and nicotine. Unfortunately there are too many people who cannot make it through life without being high, drunk or hacking up tar. Maybe they are what is clogging everything up.
