  • rkoloms, we'd ALL like to see the list! Maybe post the ones you use the most?
I send leftover dinner the next day if it is palatable at room temp. (tacos, chicken tacos, thin sliced pork, pizza...) Mine hate to bring home containers otherwise I'd do lots in a thermos. I've made grilled cheese in the morning & it's ok at noon. Or melted cheese on tortillas. Microwave some bacon when you're making deli sandwiches & they feel pretty special that day.
I mostly change up sandwiches by alternating breads - bagels, croissants, white, wheat, rye, rolls, sub buns, ... Sometimes I toast them.

  • Pizza rolls, pigs in a blanket. I like to make pizzas from flour tortillas, cheese (whatever toppings you want) and using pizza quick. They are fast and easy to make. You can also make bean burritos with the flour tortillas and refried beans. How about some red beans and rice? All quick & easy.

  • Take her to the store, have her pick food out. Have her make the lunch at night or before school. Tuna kits, lunchables, crudite', yogurt, cereal....

  • You can do snacky type things - cheese, meat, and crackers wrapped separately that she can put together; veggies, fruit, and dips; give her various things and let her decide how to put them together; tortilla roll-ups; or ask her what her friends bring and ask her to add her wishes to the shopping list
