Do you know when you are ovulating?

If so how can you tell?

  • I always know from charting my cycles and checking cervical mucus. That's how we prevented/conceived. :)

  • I do know. I cramp when I am ovulating and I have a slight discharge. Didn't use to til I had baby #3 2 years ago. Since then, I know!

  • yes. I have a very heavy thick milky colored discharge.... almost like egg white.

  • There are methods for tracking your cycle so that you know when you are ovulating. Try Googling, Fertility Awareness Method, or Natural Family Planning.

  • i have no idea...i have the most bass ackward body.....i don't start cramping till after my period has well the 2nd or 3rd day and my period lasts for about 5 days.....
