Does anyone know legitimate jobs to do from home with a college degree?

I have a bachelors in sociology from a uc and would really like to stay at home and work. preferably no start up costs and not starting my own. I'm open to jobs in any field too like medical. Also if u have other info or websites that'd be great! Thanks in advance!

  • You can search for jobs that match your skillset and have a telecommute or remote option. Do you have a former employer you could work for remotely? If you have a computer with high speed internet & Microsoft Office Pro & have at least intermediate MS Office skills, you should be able to find work as a virtual assistant (VA). For more information, go to www.ivaa.org, www.iavoa.com, www.vanetworking.com . Do you have a skill or experience that you can turn into a home based business? I have a friend who makes children's hair accessories in her basement & sells them to boutiques around the Midwest. My husband runs a handyman business from our home. I work from home with two lines of business; I do freelance bookkeeping & business organization; I also do career & job search coaching. I am always happy to help cafemoms (and dads) with resumes, cover letters, job search strategy & interview prep. Feel free to contact me directly.

  • I work for Lionbridge from home, as an Internet Assessor, which anyone can do. But they have this other job called an Internet Judge and I know it requires a bachelor degree.

    http://www.lionbridge.com/lionbridge/en-US/company/web-site/internet-judge-us.htm

The Assessors job pays $14.50, and anyone who can pass the tests can do the job, no requirements really. But the Judge program has more requirements so I would assume it would pay a lot more!
