Did you ever cut your Barbie's hair off and expected it to grow back?

I can't tell you how many bald Barbies are hiding in my mom's closets.

  • I cut many things from dolls hair, to plucking feathers out of my parakeets (my grandfather hunted patridge and i saw him skinning the bird when I was small), I have also cut my own hair and even my eyelashes, who kept giving me scissors is what I ask!!

  • No, but I cut their hair because I hated having all my Barbies with long hair. I had some cutely styled Barbies with short hair and bobs.
We (me and my friend) also cut their hair when it got too tangled to brush or something else happened to it.

  • This one time I got a hold of my father's clippers and shaved one of my Barbies bald- even worse... I turned to my little sister who was playing next to me and shaved off one of her eyebrows! Got a serious ass whoopin' for that one.

  • My daughter does that! It drives me nuts!! She trims the fur on her stuffed animals too... (I think it is an Asperger's thing for her though.
