I have one. After cooking the chicken, I reserve 2 cups of the chicken stock, place in a mixing bowl, pour about 1/2 cup flour into the stock, and mix with electric mixer. I bring the stock back to a boil and pour the flour mixture in while wisking, then throw my dumplings in. No lumps and makes the soup part real thick.
