  • I just finished reading the Spa Decameron - it will make you wish you were a world wide traveler!
I'm currently reading: Things I want my Daughters to know - Its sad I was crying by page 2! and The Wonder Spot - true finding yourself kind of novel.

Books I always recommend: Sins of the Seventh Sister (true story, about a woman who will do anything for the greater good) and Goodnight Nobody (about a stressed out and bored SAHM. Has a little murder mystery, romance, and humour mixed in with lifes daily tasks as a SAHM)

  • I love the Stephanie Plum Series by Janet Evanovich...very good! Anything by her is excellent. Also, anything By Christina Dodd is very good. She writes mostly romance, like period novels about romance in the 1800's England...so good! She also has some contemporary stuff!

  • I've been reading Malignant Self-Love by Sam Vaknin, Ph.D. It's the authoritative text on Narcissistic Personality Disorder and it also goes into Antisocial, Borderline, and Schizotypical personality disorder a bit. I'm interested in psychology and am going to school for it, will eventually be getting my Ph.D. or Psy.D.

For light reading I'm currently reading Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen and Sabrina Jeffries' Swanlea Spinsters series. Jeffries writes naughty Victorian romances. ;-) It makes me feel a little guilty to be reading trashy romance novels, but whatever, I'm a grown woman, haha.

I read The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho once a year. Such a great book!

  • I just finished The Kite Runner, a good book, but brace yourself. Some very hard to read subject matter at times. The author also wrote A Thousand Splendid Suns, I am just starting that now. If you want something light and fluffy, Janet Evanovich is good, I would also recomend anything by LaVyrle Spencer...she is my favorite.
