can a week and 2 day old baby be given gripe water?

The back of the package says 2 weeks and up... The pharmacist said my baby was close enough to two weeks that it shouldnt be a problem, but if we were worried about it to give him half a dose.... Should I wait another few days or is it okay to give it to him?

  • I would go with what the pharmacist said, I don't think a few days would make a huge difference, but always do what you feel is best.
