  • Do a search for the 28th Amendment. It's not actually passed, but it would require congress to be subject to the same rules they put on the people they serve. This would apply to the health care debate, specifically. It's hard to say if it would pass, considering most of congress and senate would hate to be put on the same level as the average American.
