i have heard of people taking HCG in either shots or drops and people are loosing weight and fast but isnt that the thing that makes you pregu

  • it doesn't make you pregnant, it's the hormone in your body that the pregnancy test test for!!! the sperm (as i'm sure you know) makes you pregnant and when your body has a fertilized egg in it, it produces more hcg hormones. but according to some people i know did the shots they lost weight, but they also gained it back because they didn't change their eating habits...so i would just eat moderately and excerise and save money

  • HCG is the hormone that rises in your body when you become pregnant. I don't see how that can make you lose weight.

    Diets and diet aids (if they even work) are temporary fixes. Unless you learn how to eat healthy for life, you will not be able to maintain a healthy weight and will stay on the gain/lose roller coaster - frustrating for you and hard on your body. Drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water every day. Eat 5-6 servings of whole grains (brown rice, whole grain bread, etc.) every day. Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables every day, in at least 3 different colors. Eat at least 2 servings of legumes every day. You will lose weight. You will have more energy. You will maintain a healthy weight. You will get sick less often. You will be setting a wonderful example for your children.     Eat an apple or a big pile of vegetables before meals.

  • for a hole year i ate a healthy break fast something small for lunch like yogurts with fruits and a lean dinner meal and trust me i drinks lots of water i dont enjoy much the tast of soda plus water is free so i drink that i munch on kicks during the day but i have not lost anything yet i have lots of health issues and i am a single momma so sick or not the energy must be there
