I am hearing America will be shocked

today when they hear what Obama has to say about what really went wrong allowing the Nigerian terrorist to board a plane on a one way ticket to the U.S. and coming dangerously close to blowing it out of the sky. Will you be listening?
I think Obama is having to change his ideas on terrorists daily as one thing after another goes wrong on his watch. Maybe Bush had it right.
Of course the 1 successful and one thankfully unsuccessful were nothing compared to 9-11 in human lives but they are none the less terrorist attacks that killed Americans. Does it make a difference to you that these men worked alone for the final deed? These were still terrorist acts on Obamas watch. I think, just a couple of many to come. His attitude towards terrorism is giving them all the encouragement they need to keep trying.

  • Smaller terrorist acts like this happened regularly on Bush's watch too. It's silly to think that they're trying even harder now that Obama is president. They don't care who the US president is, they're not like Americans who think that if we had elected someone else they wouldn't be so actively attacking. They would be because it's not the president they dislike, it's the entire basis of our nation that they hate. No matter who is president they these same attacks would've occurred.

Thats stupid logic, Dems are so weak that teh REPUBLICAN ADMIN RELEASED DANGEROUS TERRORISTS so they could (and DID attack again)....so WHO is WEAK???

ALSO, DEMS weren't pressuring them to RELEASE terrorists they were pressuring them to CHARGE and CONVICT THEM......They did NOT do that....

  • One in five terror suspects released from the Guantanamo Bay prison has returned to the fight, according to a classified Pentagon report expected to stoke an already fierce debate over President Obama's plan to close the military prison.

The finding reflects an upward trend on the recidivism rate, although human rights activists who advocate closing the prison have questioned the validity of such numbers. Early last year, the Pentagon reported that the rate of released detainees returning to militancy was 11 percent. In April, it was 14 percent. The latest figure was 20 percent, according to a U.S. official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the report had not been declassified and released.
