I just started a high fiber,low fat diet and maybe TMI,but I have so much gas now! My pants at the end of the day get tight and I have to unbutton them I'm so bloated! I drink alot of water throughout the day.Is this something my body will eventually get used to,or will I be stuck taking beano all day? I really want to stick with this diet. Any ladies that can relate?
