we eat well (few to no preservatives in food, don't drink milk, drink lots of water, eat lots of veggies and fruit, take fish oil and probiotics) we sleep well (unless a baby has us up:)) exercise well (fresh air), pray well, and love well...we believe good health is all about a balanced life! Life is not always easy, but the less stress we have the healthier we can be. My kids have never been on any medication. They are still young, only one in kindergarten, but no missed school yet. we get 1or 2 colds a year, but nothing serious. we don't use hand sanitizer, we don't worry about germs. we try to enjoy life!
