Anyone have polyps removed?

I had a colonoscopy at 25 years of age, yesterday. Doc removed a polyp 2 mm in diamiter. I got a brochure on polyps and cancer. SO, is it pre-cancer? Is it dangerous? CAn they come back? What was your experience?

  • They can test them to see if they're cancerous. They can be a symptom of a cancer susceptability. Your dr should keep an eye on you for any future compications. They can and very well may come back. Ive had them in the past and they HURT. I had them removed after some complications but have not had a problem since.
