  • prune juice or prunes.... Depends on how old your child is....

  • Prune Juice diluted with some water. or ask your pharmisist they may have something just for babies

  • We used apple juice. I diluted it about 60% - 80%. It worked wonders! And if they can eat finger foods, raisins are great too.

  • depends on the age and level of constipation. Juices never worked for my son, just gave him more gas and stomache pain, I used/use miralax but this has been an on going issue since birth

  • Follow the "P" diet. Prunes, Pears, Peaches..... any fruit or veggie that starts with a P.
