what kind of excercise do you do?

I'm about 23 weeks and I have an elliptical in my bedroom so I usually get on that and watch the plasma about 4-5 times a week for 45 mins or so in the evening after dinner--or if i'm just feeling really bloated it makes me feel better to be a little active. What sort of things do you guys to for excercise that makes you feel better?

  • i used to take walks and i was still allowed to ride my bike while i was pregnant

  • walking is the best, whether on a treadmill or whatever, also gardening, or even scrubbing the floors, these exercises help when in labor and not too strenuous.
