  • is there a human clone yet? I wouldn't know until I met a clone to be able to tell you if I thought they had a soul or not.

  • Your "soul" is in your brain. All your thoughts are colected into an entity called a "soul" , a term invented by the religious people who want to believe in stuff like "souls". But...do we even have any clones?

  • OP here...it's a theoretical question I discussed with my family. I think because we were all created from cells then clones would have a soul as well, same as invitro fertilization. They have been entertaining the concept of having clones on hand as a way of farming body parts when we need them which to me is a crazy idea...the clones will be as human as we are, we can't just go remove a heart or a kidney at will!

  • I believe every living being has a soul of some sort. Clones, although their genes are identical to their "original" are capable of independent thought. Personality wise, they can be very different. So yes, I believe they have souls :)

  • i think they would have a soul. They are cloned from human cells and have DNA and everything else. They are a lot like identical twins in that matter. Same DNA (or for the twins almost the same) different bodies
