can i give my 7 month old bread?

like just a slice of bread to munch on and get all soggy till he can eat it?

  • My BF let my hubby give some cheddar biscuit to her 6 month-old son at dinner tonight. He LOVED it!

  • At six months you can start feeding your baby easily mashable table foods. Mashed potatoes, soft breads, and those types of things.

  • My daughter's first table food outside of baby food was lightly toasted bread. She loved it.

  • If you have and gluten allergies/intolerance's in the family, you might want to wait on wheat for a while. Otherwise, I'd say it's probably ok as long as supervised.
