is tylenol pm okay to take during the first trimester?

  • Ask your ob. You can take Tylenol, and you can take Benedryl, not sure of the combo though.

  • Ask your OB to be on the safe side but yes Tylenol products are safe to take throughout pregnancy, even in the 1st trimester (just make sure you don't take more than the recomended dose). I take tylenol PM all the time to help me sleep or help with a head ache.

  • Yes. Tylenol PM is just a combo of both regualr Tylenol and Benadryl, both of which are safe during pregnancy unless you have a special med condition and your doc advisees you not to.
