How do i stop my "crotch bone" from hurting when i wake up in the morning?

every morning, actually everytime i sit somewhere for an extended period, and i go to get up, i can feel and sometimes people can hear my pelvic bone click together. And sometimes it gets so bad that i have to reajust my evtire body until it pops, and it SERIOUSLY hurts.

  • your pubic bone or your tail bone?
    Could be just lack of movement

  • mine does the same thing, im almost 32 weeks along and its horrible when im sleeping. i have to switch positions like every hour or it hurts so bad.

  • i have the same problem! just move around and take a warm bath! sometimes i have to sit on a ball and move around!

  • I can't think of anything that you could do yourself, but maybe seeing a chiropractor would be a good idea.
