Does implantation bleeding mean im most likely preggers?

and how long after the bleeding will a test show up accuratly?

  • Implantation bleeding, by definition, would mean you're pregnant. The problem lies in interpretation: is it really implantation, or some other cause for spotting? There's not really any way to know until you get a positive test. Assuming it is implantation, an early detection test (one that says it's accurate 5 days before missed period) should be positive within a few days, a week for a regular one. Maybe earlier, but I'd wait unless you don't mind spending money on multiple tests if you don't get the answer you're looking for. Good luck!
