I've had it refridgerated all this time I just for got I had it...lol

  • no i dont think i could do it. i dont usually check the dates when i eat though so i might do it by accident but food never stays that long in my house anyway. so hopefully i never have that problem. i think it would smell.

  • I would think there could be cultures in an expired yogurt that may not be so good for you. I would chuck that baby in the trash can! LOL

  • No they recommend that you throw it away after 7 days past the shelf date.
