  • I have no idea...mine were spontaneous twins (Meaning, no one in my family has twins, and they were conceived naturally, without the help of drugs)

  • The only other way is chance. There is no other method other then Invetro that you can have a high chance of having twins. Even having twis throughout your family history isn't that great of a chance, as it depends on you and your S/O.

  • Natural? No way to induce it, sorry. Twins occur when a fertilized egg splits, or when two eggs are released. THe former can't be induced. The later can be made to happen with meds but no other way.

  • You can encourage Hyper ovulation. Now this means you will release more than one egg so no identical twins.

A study concluded that the mother's diet was the cause, being high in cassava, a type of yam or sweet potato. The peelings of this vegetable are thought to contain a chemical that causes hyperovulation. In addition, a 2006 study found that women who consume dairy are five times as likely to have twins.

Get on then off BC it is proven that women tend to hyperovulate when they abruptly stop taking hormonal BC.

Gain weight women with a BMI higher than 30 saw an increase in chances of having twins.

People of African American descent are more likely to have twins or multiple births. People of Asian or Hispanic descent are less likely to have twins.
