Why do I feel like I have a fever, but my temperature is normal?

My face feels flushed and warm to the touch, but my temperature is totally normal!

  • You sound dehydrated. Do you drink at least 64 ounces of water a day?

  • Check your house temp. Also are you upstairs ( heat rises) and in front of your computer...and usually body temp is higher in the evening.

    My hubby and I will feel like this sometimes if the house gets a bit warm at night and we are in our upstairs computer room.
