Motion sickness

I need ideas on how to ease motion sickness. I prefer not to take meds but if I have to I will. I usually don't get motion sick but I have been lately (tied to other issues) and am hoping this is just a passing thing so am trying to deal with this on my own right now. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

  • Dramamine (spl?)  works, or they have these wrist bands that push on your pressure points. They also have a sticker you put on behind your ear.
