Back pain

35 weeks with my first having awful back pain all over from my shoulders to my tailbone. Heating pad didnt do anything any suggestions??? im a cna at a nursing home im pretty much on my feet all the time as well as lifting and bending.. Would i be s wimp to call in because of this?

  • do some prenatal stretches, they help a lot in the long run.

  • See a chiroprator. I started to see one with my first and still see him. You may also need to see a message theropist. I had to with my second because my butt muscles would tighten up and only a message helped me. GL you are almost done.
