  • A hot pad is all i can say. Thats what i had to do. That and a warm bath was the only thing that would help.

  • have a look at this link. Sit like this and lean forward. You should feel a strech (somtimes a bit painful) in your buttcheek. Hold for at least 20 seconds, then go back. For the other side, do it with the other leg. Releases tension from the tense muscle the nerve goes through.

Another one: Lying on your back, knees bend, feet onthe ground. Gently move you pelvic back and forth, like you're pressing your lumbal spine to the ground and let go again.

  • The chiropractor did it for me, 100%!

  • chiropractors are great. i always found heat to make mine worse. the shoulder may be from side sleeping with an incorrect pillow height. they make special pillows for side sleepers, that keep your spine alligned while sleeping. the cat and cow yoga pose can help stretch too.

  • My doctor told me to elevate my feet/legs. It's been helping for the most part.
