  • For snacks: any type of fruit or veggies. Like celery with peanut butter and raisins inside, whole wheat crackers and cheddar cheese slices, fruit cocktail of your choosing, fruit or veggie "kabobs", baby carrots, grapes, go-gurts ( it's a tube of yougurt ) my 4 yr. old LOVES those, and grahm crackers. For lunches: maybe diced kosher (hebrew national) hotdogs, mac and cheese, cheese rollups(cheese melted in a totrtilla), pb&j sandwiches, turkey sandwhiches, fishsticks and chicken nuggets. There's some ideas....

  • cheese,ham,turkey,hotdogs,chicken nuggets cut in half
    cereal-kix,cheerios,fruit loops,honey nut cheerios,
    grahm crackers,saltine crackers,ritz, fig newtons
    fruit-watermelon, cantalope, diced peaches, diced pears, strawberries, green grapes(no seeds),raisins,apples
    veggies-mashed potatos, raw cut carrots, cucumbers,tomatos,
    peanuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds

  • Hummus mixed with a hard boiled egg, whole grain crackers, carrots, cucumber
    Tofu cubes with a little soy sauce or ginger sauce for dipping
    Fresh fruits with yogurt for dipping
    Parfait: layer yogurt (the real kind, with live cultures and without gelatin or high fructose corn syrup), granola and frozen blueberries
    Chunks of avocado and baked sweet potato
    Whole grain pasta and steamed vegetables with a dip of marinara or cheese sauce or peanut sauce
    Frozen berries
    kiwi
