Need to lose weight in my legs! HELP!

What cardio is best for this? i usually ride the eliptical for 30-45 min. 3-4 times a week & I do leg machines. Inner thighs are really growing.......

  • elliptical & tredmil are good. the stepper machine is really good for legs too. squats. leg machines. ride the bike exercise on the floor. etc

  • cardio pilates.

  • switch up your cardio, change the intensities. you may need to change your diet too.
    how are you doing the weights?
