Do kittens loose their baby teeth?

Our cat is about 18-19 weeks old. We found a tooth and I just want to make sure that it is ok that he lost it. He's eating and not exhibiting any signs of pain or anything like that.

  • "Just like human children, puppies and kittens lose their baby teeth. These teeth are also called "milk teeth" or in medical terms, deciduous teeth. Whatever the name, the process is the same. Learn more about this process and what to expect as your puppy or kitten grows."

  • Yes, like the pp said. Kittens and Puppies usually have ALL their adult teeth by 6 months.
