Where can i get a copy of my daughters shot records?

My daughter doesnt have health insurance at the moment, so she doesnt have a primary doctor right now...(yea yea big shocker..theres a whole other story y, but wont get in to it). I need a copy of her shot records tho....can i just go into any doctors office and get one, or can i get it somewhere else ?

  • It depends what state you are in. I know in Oklahoma they keep the records in an online database. Any dr office with user name and password can look up anyone.

  • How would you go to just any office, how would you expect anyone and everyone to have it?
    You need to call her most recent ped. to get it. (the one she was at last time she got shots)
    It's not like every dr. has copies of every other dr's records...
