    fruit-raisens,bananas,apples,strawberries,canalope,watermelon,
    veggies-mashed potatos,raw carrots cut in half so your baby wont choke,cucumbers,cherry tomatos cut in half,
    peanuts,cashews,sunflower seeds,pumpkin seeds
    ham, turkey, chicken nuggets cut in half, hot dogs,chunk cheese or stick cheese

  • Hummus mixed with a hard boiled egg, whole grain crackers, carrots, cucumber
    Tofu cubes with a little soy sauce or ginger sauce for dipping
    Fresh fruits with yogurt for dipping
    Parfait: layer yogurt (the real kind, with live cultures and without gelatin or high fructose corn syrup), granola and frozen blueberries
    Chunks of avocado and baked sweet potato
    Whole grain pasta and steamed vegetables with a dip of marinara or cheese sauce or peanut sauce
    Frozen berries
