I hate to sound naive, but is sex healthy through the entire pregnancy?

  • There is nothing wrong with it as long as your dr hasnt told you not too.
    We had sex til I had my daughter.

  • Your doctor will specifically tell you if you have the kind of high risk pregnancy that makes it unsafe.

    So unless you're told not to (and it's not high-risk disease catching sex) then yes, it's safe.

  • My midwife told me today that having an active sex live can help keep my uterus strong to prep for labor.

  • the only reason it wouldnt be safe is if you are at risk for premature or on bedrest. If you arent then you are totally fine to have sex!!

  • As long as youre not high risk or on bedrest...It's the best way to exercise and keep active! :-D Also, it helps strengthen your uterus and soften your cervix!
