Has anyone had any luck in helping w/hormonal acne issues w/change or eliminating certain foods, sugar, etc in diet? We have gone to a dermetologist and have tried lots and lots of acne medications/cleansers, etc and still nothing is helping. She has been tested for allergies and has none too.

  • DH had acne problems on his body. Here is how we made his skin perfect!

    1. No wheat or gluten
    2. colloidal silver soap
    3. scrub daily with fine sea salt, let it soak on the skin in the shower for a few minutes
    4. keep bed linens and pillow cases fresh

    Now if he has an wheat, he'll get a break out. Half a beer has enough gluten to make him break out. We don't eat refined foods either. The soap and salt will clear it up very fast.

    Little brother has the skin of a monster. He looks like he needs to be hospitalized. When I get him on this plan, his skin clears up in about 6-8 days. We're talking boils all over his body. But he's a moron teenager and won't stick to it.

  • Once a day, before you wash your face, put on a honey mask (just honey, a great anti-bacterial). Every three days add a pinch of baking soda to the honey to exfoliate

    And I would try a low fat vegan diet for a few weeks; base your meals on fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes.
