What is her problem?

My daughter has recently started complaining that the left side tip of her tongue has been sore. She said whenever she ate something or too hot it burned. She said when it was touched on her teeth or something like that it hurt. This morning she woke up with a brown spot on it. When she got home from school it was gone. She also says it feels kind of like a small bump... Could you please give me ideas on what this is? Or if you need more info just tell me. :) Note- She recently had Mono in November if that helps. PS- Shes 12.

  • Canker sore maybe? try putting tooth paste on it to "burn off the canker sore". That's what we do anyway. If not, you may wanna ask her doc?
