im having trouble getting my 18 month old girl to sleep, any suggestions?

  • Is she taking late Naps? If so you need to make sure she takes just 1 nap during the midday. Also make sure she isnt in pain,uncomfortable, or even hungry. I at time had to give my toddler a bowl of cereal before bed and he had dinner. And last but not least a nice warm shower lay in bed with NO Television and if they have a blanky or something they love. SHe would have no choice but to close her eyes and sleep. Good Luck!!
