weight gain?

if you gain alot of access weight during your pregnancy is it harder to lose the weight after the baby is born?

  • Every pound you put on is one to be lost later, but if you are eating healthy foods though, and getting at least a little exercise, don't pay too much attention to the number on the scale.
    Breastfeeding a newborn can burn up to 500 extra calories a day, so that should help you lose extra weight faster.
