HELP potty training!

So i'm helping to start potty train my nephew since i babysit a lot. And he's 2 but the size of 5 year old, he's not ready to start but he's about to outgrow the biggest diaper's & pull-ups are to expensive for my sister to use them as diaper's... i'm getting him a potty today for my house. I heard the reward system at first is good to get him started? My daughter is 1 so I have no clue on how to go about this. Any tip's or advice would be great! Changing his diaper every 30min-1hr is getting expensive!
Thanks,
Krista M.

  • He may just not be ready. Cloth diapers are much more cost effective (especially if you get them on freecycle)
