what can eat in the days of pregnency sikness

i cant eat oily or sour things and all what am eating is crackers even milk is bothering me can u plz tell me what can i try for helping me

  • I did well with mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. Soup was easy for me too. It's really unpredictable.

    Have you tried Sea Bands acupressure wrist bands? You can get them at the drug store for about $12.
    Lavender oil on your wrists and behind your ears might help too.

  • Some days peanut butter crackers and apple juice were about all I could keep down. Soups were easier on my tummy too. Think bland foods. I'm 14 weeks and still getting sick when I eat things that have too much grease or are acidic.
    Also - cool foods were good to me. Salads, jello, pudding, etc

  • You can find a lollipop called Preggie Pops at your local Babies r US. They are made to help with morning sickness. Also, I found that NEVER going with a empty stomach helps. Every time I got too hungry, I threw up.
