my girls father gets ssdi and were not together if i go for childsupport i only get like 150 or less a month do u think i will get anything from ssi cause there father gets ssdi well someone please let me kno

  • Yes they will pay the child support. I think they'd pay more to them if they were his dependents living with him

  • They're still his dependents, living with him or not. I know someone that is divorced and gets money from SSDI for her son, a dependent of a person on disability. I'm not sure what avenue you'd have to take, whether you have to apply for it or not.
