Child Visitation

What would you consider proper visitation for an out of state parent and thier child? The child is old enough to fly (paying the unaccompanied minor fee) alone. Until this point the child has had constant contact with both parents. Has a good strong relationship with both parents. How long do you feel summer vacation should last? 20, 30, 45, 60 days?

  • Yes, and 2 weeks is usually the norm for summer vacations with the non-custodial parent. Though, we had my husband's children for 4 weeks because his ex was denying him visits.
