  • dont do it, walking is excellent exercise.

  • Abdominal exercises are not advised. Contact sports should be avoided, of course. Walking is always good, and swimming is excellent if you have access to a heated pool. Other than that, I can only tell you to talk to your doctor.

  • of course. your belly is growing!! walk and do some light cardio. you shouldt be thinking about getting 6 pack when your uterus is going to grow as big as a watermelon
